Integra deploys Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) at Hepworth PME and Corys LLC

HEPWORTH PME (LLC) is the Middle East's premier manufacturer and supplier of a wide range of high quality plastic pipes, fittings and accessories used for the distribution and transmission of water, wastewater and gas. Corys is the new holding company for Hepworth PME. Corys is a brand born from a strong heritage. For more than 35 years, the Abdul Ghaffar Hussain family has represented Hepworth UK and many other principal partners in the UAE and broader GCC. Having established a business of great strength and service, Corys welcomes a new era of regional and international expansion commencing with a new name and a new identity.

Hepworth was badly overstretched in terms of Email capacity as well as functionality. Having over 500 users in different countries, having a remotely hosted solution was proving to be difficult to manage, besides not offering required functionality expected of a mailserver in these times.

Integra provided a solution based on the Zimbra Collaboration Suite, having first upgraded the server network to gigabit speeds. A fully redundant, online hot backup solution provides high availability in case of main server hardware failure. A redundant leased line (4 Mbps) is also available in case of a ISP line failure.

An instant mail archival and retrieval system for the administrator was also designed and implemented, in case an user had deleted their emails in Outlook. We will also be providing a separate mail archiving system for compliance and arbitration purposes.

Multiple country wide address books have halso been implemented. All countries are connected together by a Juniper Netscreen based VPN.
