Integra deploys Opensource based Direct Marketing and Survey Tools for Fulcrm, a part of Arab Media Group, a Dubai Holding Company
Fulcrm Direct, a subsidiary of the Arab Media Group (AMG), again a group held by Dubai Holding, was seeking an alternative to proprietary technologies that they had been using for conducting surveys, data storage, data mining, customer relationship management as well as enterprise resource management. Traditional methodology involved very high licensing costs, very limited customisation capability, and proved to be very cumbersome tailoring solutions for different campaigns. We were asked to provide a pilot for a campaign, which involved deploying SugarCRM, talend, OpenERP, Dynamic and Customised URL's, Survey software, and Content Management Software (Joomla). We were able to provide Fulcrm with a pilot in record time, with a simulated campaign, getting a peak of over a million hits a day varied over a month. Customisation is going on, and the solution will be deployed in upcoming surveys. This solution enables Fulcrm to lower their campaign (technical and operational) costs dramatically.
