Integra Technologies, along with partners Alcatel Lucent, Al Futtaim Technologies and SaaR was commissioned to move the legacy IVR platform to a fully compliant IP based New Generation IVR. Based on the Alcatel Lucent IVR Platform, it involved setting up of multiple clusters running components such as Framework Manager, Media Control Platform, Tomcat Servers, Base7 Servers among others distributed on 76 geo-redundant servers. Red Hat Enterprise Linux was the OS deployed and Oracle the database.
